Watermelon Detox - Additional Drink

I am continuing to work up some detox juice recipes for my watermelon detox, which is described in two other posts on this blog. Here is an awesome one to have during your 3-Day Watermelon Detox:

4 Cups Watermelon, Chopped.
(Remember to cut watermelon right down to the rind to get the maximum benefit of the watermelon. Also, whenever possible, get organic and seeded melons. You do not have to remove the seeds for this recipe. They are beneficial and will be blended up in your drink.)
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated.
1/2 lime, juiced
8 Blackberries, organic (frozen)
Few ice cubes.

Add all ingredients to a blender or my preference, a Vitamix. Blend for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy this cleansing and refreshing drink.

I never realised that you could make so many delicious juices and smoothies with watermelon. This one tastes divine and it's good to know that it does you so much good too.
